Our Kenya team helps you define your preferred model, budget and specifications, then coordinates with our Japan office to find matching vehicle options from current Japan auctions. Our Japan office issues the quotation, contract and shipping schedule, then keeps you informed through to delivery at Mombasa port, while Markato Autos Japan remains your local support point throughout.
Our role is to bridge the language, distance and documentation gap. When a Kenyan buyer wants a specific model, year, mileage or specification, we coordinate directly with our Japan office to find matching auction options. We send the real vehicle photos and the official quotation privately. You make the decision before any money moves.
Markato Autos Japan is not the vehicle exporter. The vehicle sale, contract and shipment are handled by the JUMVEA-verified Japanese exporting partner. You can verify the exporter through the official JUMVEA member directory before any payment.
Why this structure protects you
Because the vehicle payment goes directly to the official Japanese exporter bank account on the exporter-issued invoice, the Kenya buyer is protected from informal middlemen, mobile-money diversion or personal-account fraud. Markato Autos Japan supports you throughout, but never asks you to send vehicle purchase funds to a personal account or a Kenyan payment number.

Verification
JUMVEA is the official trade body that vets and registers used vehicle exporters in Japan. Membership requires a verifiable Japanese business address, registered export licence and ongoing code-of-conduct compliance. Our Japanese exporting partner is JUMVEA-verified.

QISJ inspection is arranged before shipment. The official inspection document is provided after the selected vehicle successfully passes inspection. QISJ is not a pre-existing catalogue certification, it is an inspection of the specific purchased vehicle before it leaves Japan.
